Brian is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep experience in health system strategy, operations, and growth. Prior to joining MMG, he served as Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at Southwood Health, where he led initiatives focused on expanding net patient revenue, advancing service line development, growing physician networks, and implementing enterprise-wide operational and cost optimization strategies. His leadership supported significant organizational expansion, including provider growth, geographic market development, and the deployment of scalable clinical and administrative infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Brian held progressive leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic, where he managed complex neurological service lines, contributed to clinical innovation efforts, and supported multi-state and international affiliation partnerships.
A licensed Ohio attorney, Brian brings a unique combination of legal, operational, and strategic expertise to healthcare leadership. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science from Case Western Reserve University.
