Patricia has deep experience working with small to large health systems across the country. She has deep experience as a senior leader in small to large health systems, with a focus on developing and implementing physician integration strategies that enhance patient care and service, physician compensation plans, operational practice management and practice program development, service line development, budgeting, implementing controls, standards and metrics that maximize financial performance, patient satisfaction and provider productivity.
A collaborative and effective influencer, Patricia is skilled in developing, equipping, and empowering physician leaders, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders around strategic plans and initiatives.
In 2017, Pattie chaired the American Heart Association’s Dayton Heart Ball, the second largest grossing mid-size city event of the year. That same year, she was a Dayton Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award winner. She is also a local food pantry volunteer.
Pattie earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from DeVry University. She has also completed the Executive Management certification at The Ohio State University and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive and Registered Medical Coder.
