Ronnen Isakov serves as a Director and Chief Financial Officer at Medic Management Group, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day financial operations, as well as its operational and management consulting services, focusing on health systems, hospital-employed group practices and independent physician practices on a national basis. He joined Medic Management Group in 2003.
Like the rest of the Medic Management Group team, Ronnen’s priority is successfully executing the business side of healthcare so his clients can focus on what they do best – healthcare leadership and patient care. In his role, Ronnen concentrates on helping healthcare clients improve their financial and operational performance in areas such as strategic planning, compensation modeling, provider compensation and acquired assets valuations and forecasting, due diligence, market analysis, data analytics and key performance indicators, and management consulting.
He also has extensive experience in physician compensation plans, strategic plans, financial budgeting and consultation plans, as well as tactical strategic due diligence work relating to physician- and provider-based performance.
Prior to his current role, Ronnen served as senior manager at RubinBrown, LLP, where he was responsible for providing operational and consulting services to independent physician practices, hospital and health systems and long-term-care nursing facilities.
Ronnen earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from the University of Toledo. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Health Care Association, and serves on the board of trustees for various non-profit organizations on a local and national level.
