As a Revenue Cycle Manager at Medic Management Group, Becky Jacobs oversees a team of experienced medical and dental billers, working closely with clients to ensure that all claims are processed and paid according to their fee schedules.
Since joining the team in 2012, Becky has approached her role with a problem-solving mindset and an encouraging demeanor, making herself a resource to both teammates and clients.
Prior to joining MMG, Becky acted as Lead Biller in a cardiology practice for over 20 years, where she helped implement staffing changes to coincide with a new practice management system and developed new registration and billing teams across multiple office locations. She also spent a brief period of time early in her career working directly with patients in pediatrics.
Becky is skilled in the areas of FQHC billing, dental billing, eCW, client onboarding and staff training and development. She earned her diploma in medical secretarial studies from Boheckers Business College.
