Carolyn Schuemann
ABOUT
Carolyn Schuemann is the Vice President Finance, Administration and Compliance at Medic Management Group. Carolyn joined MMG in 2020, bringing with her over 25 years of leadership and finance experience. In her role on the executive leadership team, Carolyn oversees all financial management, reporting and control functions, as well as administrative and risk functions including payroll, insurance, leases and equipment. Her oversight of company compliance ensures that all appropriate standards are being met and that the team is maximizing efficiency and profitability for clients.
Carolyn’s areas of expertise include contract and lease negotiation, P&L ownership and. Management, 401K administration, due diligence analysis, cash management, cost controls, compensation research and planning, banking relationships and advanced budgeting and forecasting.
Prior to joining the MMG team, Carolyn acted as VP Finance & Technology at TH Cleveland and, before that, as COO and CFO of Diocese of Cleveland Facilities Services, where she managed significant operating and development budget.
Carolyn has a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from Baldwin-Wallace University.
