ABOUT
A highly accomplished executive with more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Holly specializes in reimagining the strategic pathway to success for organizations. She has a proven track record in strategy and operations and excels in planning and managing complex, high-profile programs and projects to maximize competitive performance. Holly is skilled in identifying technologies, products, and processes to facilitate operational improvement and meet customer needs, driving business development efforts, assessing trends and issues, and creating short- and long-term strategic plans. Throughout her career, she has also demonstrated expertise in building and leading top-performing teams.
Prior to joining MMG, Holly held several executive leadership positions at Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica Health System. Responsible for both strategy and operations, Holly’s most recent roles included Chief Integration Officer – Academic Affiliations, President, ProMedica-at-Home, and President, ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital and two other community hospitals.
Holly earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. She is a proud civic leader in the Northwest Ohio community, currently serving as Board Executive Committee Member & Secretary, Governance Committee Member, Finance Committee Member, and Board Vice-Chair at the National Museum of the Great Lakes. She has also served in past leadership roles with both Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio.
