Katie Moore is a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager at Medic Management Group. Katie joined MMG in 2025, bringing more than 26 years of experience in the medical billing and revenue cycle industry including over 20 years in management. In her role, she works closely with clients and billers to refine processes, improve efficiency, and ensure successful outcomes. In her role, Katie manages and leads a team of professionals while supporting a diverse portfolio of revenue cycle clients.
Prior to joining MMG, Katie owned and operated a medical billing business that serviced a variety of provider types. Her work included practice management database setup and training, credentialing, billing, payment posting, credits and refunds, as well as patient and insurance AR follow-up. She has extensive experience with many practice management systems and clearinghouses.
Katie holds an Associate of Applied Business degree in Business Management Technology with Distinction from the University of Akron, where she was also a member of The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. In addition, she earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Park University Enterprises, Inc.
