Kimberly J. Schnupp is a Sr. Revenue Cycle Manager at Medic Management Group. With over 20 years of industry experience, Kimberly manages both the MMG credentialing team and the RCM AR Team, ensuring optimal revenue cycle management for clients.
Analytical, solution-oriented, and fair, Kimberly brings a wealth of expertise to her role. After excelling in AR and credentialing for several years, she stepped into a supervisor role, demonstrating her effective leadership skills and passion for talent development. Kimberly also takes pride in staying at the forefront of technology within the healthcare financial sector and brings her innovative insights to both clients and her team at MMG.
Kimberly's prior experience includes serving as a Revenue Cycle Supervisor at University Hospital for over seven years, where she managed a $44 million AR portfolio, supervised a team of two dozen RCM professionals, and oversaw the implementation and optimization of the Epic software system, a significant achievement.
She consistently collaborated with senior leadership to meet and exceed KPI metrics, substantially contributing to her department’s efficiency. Kimberly also spent seven years with a Gastroenterology practice handling charge and payment posting, insurance follow-up, credentialing, and month-end reporting. She demonstrates her comprehensive skills and experience through her proficiency in Allscripts, Athena, Soarian, Epic, and Quadax.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimberly is an active volunteer with Sleep in Heavenly Peace – Bunks across America, assisting in the construction and delivery of beds for children and families in need.
