Rick Schwab serves as Manager, IT Services at Medic Management Group, where he provides steady leadership for MMG’s technology operations, IT service delivery, infrastructure security, and vendor partnerships. In his role, Rick helps ensure the systems that support MMG’s employees, clients, and business operations remain secure, reliable, and scalable. With more than two decades of experience, Rick provides MMG with a strong technology foundation built on stability, responsiveness, security, and long-term operational performance.
Throughout his career, Rick has led complex IT initiatives across healthcare management, financial services, and managed services environments.
As Franchise CEO for National MSP CMIT Solutions, IT Manager for CBS Television, and IT Security Leader for KeyBank Corporate, he has directed cloud migrations, strengthened cybersecurity programs, managed distributed IT teams, and partnered with business leaders to align technology investments with organizational goals and client service expectations.
